Friendswood "Panhandle" Development Plan

Consisting of over 150 acres, being zoned primarily light industrial,  this mixed use development enjoys over 3,400 ft. of frontage on Beamer Road and more than 2,000 ft. along FM 2351 in the City of Friendswood, Harris County, Texas in close proximity to I-45 and the South Sam Houston Tollway.  Currently the tract(s) are served with trunk line water, sanitary sewer, drainage and 3 phase overhead power.  Improvements at the intersections of Hope Village Road @ FM 2351 and Beamer Road @ FM 2351 are scheduled for mid and late 2019.
