Lakeland Subdivision (Manvel, TX)
Lakeland's current plan consists of 280 acres with additional land available for development. Section 5 (203 lots) is scheduled for early 2019. Homes are currently available to the mid $300's.

Morrison Supply/Fortiline Waterworks
12,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit office warehouse and 6.5 acre yard for this International tenant.

Friendswood "Panhandle" Development Plan
Consisting of over 150 acres, being zoned primarily light industrial, this mixed use development enjoys over 3,400 ft. of frontage on Beamer Road and more than 2,000 ft. along FM 2351 in the City of Friendswood, Harris County, Texas in close proximity to I-45 and the South Sam Houston Tollway. Currently the tract(s) are served with trunk line water, sanitary sewer, drainage and 3 phase overhead power. Our company provided a "net" usable site inclusive of all utilities and detention for this Fortune 400 company's new store in NE Houston on Wallisville Road.

Heritage Animal Clinic
This 4000sq. ft. clinic in Friendswood is conveniently located just off FM 2351 at Woodland Trail Dr. This uniquely styled steel and tilt wall facility demonstrates quality construction on a smaller scale.

Stripes Convenience Store (Channelview, TX)
Located at the corner of Wallisville Road and Hidden Park Drive, our company provided the land along with the plat, civil services and all utilities to help produce one of Stripes' better performing Houston area stores.


I had the fortunate opportunity to work with Coastal Bend Property Development in The Forest of Friendswood. This was a very successful development and very professionally done.
